All Rotary-GP sites are open on different days of the week, as noted below, from 10AM to 2PM. Please select one (1) Rotary-GP VITA site that you want to receive our FREE Volunteer services at. NOTE: Rotary-GP VITA sites WILL NOT be open if weather conditions are bad and/or on all Federal & State holidays. *

Wednesday: Rotary-GP VITA @ Middle Smithfield Cultural Center - 5200 Milford Road, East Stroudsburg, PA 18302
Thursday: Rotary-GP VITA @ Pocono Mountain Library - 5500 Municipal Drive, Tobyhanna, PA 18466

You MUST bring the below listed documents to have your tax return prepared.

Unexpired government issued Photo ID for Taxpayer and Spouse (if married).
Social Security cards for Taxpayer, Spouse (if married), and all dependents
Documentation for all income, expenses, deductions & credits (W2s, 1099s, 1098s, etc.)
Child Care Provide name, address and tax ID # (if applicable)
For Direct Deposit: Cancelled check or Bank Statement
Form 1095 - (Healthcare coverage form)
All documents required to apply for Real Estate Tax/Renter Rebate.
One (1) scoop of happy attitude and two (2) scoops of patience.
